Problem with MD and Roland PD-7 pad

Postby zaklinacz » Fri Jan 29, 2010 8:44 am

Hello,
finally I've finished bulding of my MD yesterday. It is working great with my mesh pads (Roland and DIY) and PD-8 pads.
With PD-8 choking via aftertouch is also working good, but I have problems when using older PD-7 pads.
They are also dual zone (piezo, switch) with choke, but with MD only head is responding. They are working well with my TD-12 module. What I'm doing wrong?

Have you changed MegaDrum settings accordingly, i.e. set Dual Head to yes for these pads?

Did you adjust Threshold on the switch input?

Yes,
dual head - yes, and rim type to switch, I wasn't adjusting threshold yet - will try this now:-)

Look at http://www.megadrum.info/content/settin ... one-cymbal
Disregard everything related to 3rd/Bell zone.
