it looks exactly like the problem i have. thanks. I downloaded the firmware, unfortunately i don't know what file to use since i don't have informations about the MCU my MD has (and what clock speed). I'm searching up and down though the forum but i can't find any info about that (sorry for the dumb question but i would like to avoid bricking).

It is Atmega644 at 20MHz and you won't brick it by loading with a wrong firmware file.
