Megadrum v2.8 PCB Questions

Hi,

just build my old v2.8 megadrum:

1. just testing the device: display is strange !?
please look at the attached pic. i can see only white colums ion the display....is it a normal situation????? or a problem ..... why i cant see letters and numbers???

2. possible to get jpgs from the pcbs which are included in the latest megadrum-kits ? (e.g. audiojack-pcb, keyboard-pcb ...)? so i can make my own pcbs. that would make my soldering easier and i can make my own missing pcbs.

3. last question: anybody has a adjustment-information. so i can measure the volts to find errors ..... and to make sure everything works fine
