AT LAST!!!! After 6 months of reading, reading, reading (!!!) and saving money today I ordered my components from mouser... The day to enjoy Megadrum is really close....

Not if you want a direct drop in replacement. The first one is a through-hole component and the second is a surface mount component. They will both work, but you would have to design your board around the second chip. Or make a surface mount to dip converter pcb.
