I can follow most of the schematic but when it comes to choosing the capacitors there is a big selection and I'm unsure what would be suitable :/

eg. could this be used ok, spec seems to fit - 100uf

Also attached a parts list so far if anyone has a few minutes to check it so far to make sure it's ok - it relates to the all-in-one pcb board kit sold here

If you're following Dmitri's (or Synthex' for that matter) design and PCB layout, this won't do you any good, because:

Termination Type:SMD

SMD is surface mount. You need a termination type of 'through hole'.
