ATmega32L is not suitable for MegaDrum because it has a lower speed grade (the "L" suffix is what points to that).

here on this page says that it is possible

what happens is the only I could get ATMEGA32l-8pu

this tha page
http://www.megadrum.info/old_site/faqs.php

ahh and it only have crystal 12....

I can put crystal 12

instead of crystal 16 ????

and that the 1N4148 diode of
the page of edrum.info
said they could do with that diode (thanks to the multiplexer 4051BE)

sorry for the trouble

thanks

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking here. This is probably due to the fact that you misunderstand certain things.

The information you provided is dated. Also it doesn't say that mega32L is OK for MegaDrum. A 12MHz crystal will do for PIC, not ATmega, especially so considering the hardware requirements for the latest firmware.

What about the 1N4148? 1N4148 is a general purpose low-voltage signal diode. You need BAT85's with 4051 multiplexers.
