well I only know conrad over here... but just as a little example (unless I missed something and they are not the same parts, but i don't think so ;) )

ATMEGA 32
conrad: 33,90 eur
http://www.conrad.fr/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=212292&langId=-2&ItemHighLightId=212298&from_fh=1&category=recherche

reichelt: 3,60 eur :shock:
http://www.reichelt.de/?;ACTION=3;LA=4;GROUP=A363;GROUPID=2959;ARTICLE=45026;START=0;SORT=preis;OFFSET=16;

Reichelt is in Germany, i go there from time to time however this isn't very handy
I eventually asked them for shipping costs to FR, it was 20eur below 10kg - which would actually do the deal for the example but there must be other sources!?

How about Farnell France? http://fr.farnell.com/jsp/Semiconducteu ... ku=9171282

There is a minimum order requirement, I guess around 30€, but I think they do free delivery.

Atmage8-16PU = 1.64 euros
Shipping costs = 3.50 euros
