Where to buy replacement ribbon cable?

Where is a good place to buy a replacement ribbon cable that is a few inches longer than the one supplied in the kit?
And are they only sold with connectors on both ends or is there a version where one end is loose cable ends?

If you need a cable with connectors attached then you can probably find old IDE ribbon cables on Ebay.
