Just a little help

Please forgive me, and be a little patient. I just hired a man to build me a Megadrum, and I'm going to call him later tonight to further discuss the matter. At the moment, I was planning to just have him build the board, and then I'll make all the connectors to the drums and such. Pretty much, what I would like to ask is where do I need to point him. He is an experienced electrician, and told me that this isn't a problem for him at all. I just want to clarify what schematics I want to give him, because I know there are several versions. Or better yet, which should I ask him to build?
