New notebook and unknown devices problem

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my megadrum. I bought new notebook with windows 7, and system show me information " unknown devices"
In other devices system find megadrum in audio midi controller. What's wrong? All the best, Trayp

Are you sure it has a full original Windows 7 version installed? It looks like USB MIDI drivers are missing which happens with some custom 'cut down' Windows versions.
