Label color code

Is there someone that can clarify me the meaning of different color of all labels in MDM?

Red is when the value of that control is different than the one in MD, so it must be sent
Black is when the value in MDM is the same on MD
But what is the meaning of a BLUE label??

Blue means MDM did get config from MegaDrum yet so it doesn't know if settings differ or not.
