Which Bootloader?

Isn´t it simpler just checking what you can do with the bootloader? how it behaves?

1 - can you by pressing up, change the clock? then your bootloader is one of the latest 2 versions
2 - can you press right and(with correct clock selected) receive in MIDI-OX a midi note each time you press it? then your bootloader is the last one (v4)
