FD-8 and SD2
Posted: Tue Feb 08, 2011 1:39 amI recently bought the FD-8 roland pedal for use with SD2. I'm using a single zone pad.
I'm having problems with it though. At open and closed the sounds are triggering fine, but in the middle range I'm getting a washy, choppy sound like the transitions through the variable positions is not smooth. It sounds almost like the sound is cutting out when every single change of the CC message. I don't know if this is suppose to be usual, if my settings are messed up or what.
I've tried changing all the settings on SD: the e-drum settings etc. I've configured all the proper Open, SO, HO, Closed settings. I'm at a loss as how to fix it.
Anyone with experience with problems like this is appreciated.
