MDCommander for iPhone is now available in App Store. I don't have an iPhone so I tested it myself only in a simulator. It should also run on an an iPod Touch.

I can now confirm that MDCommander on iPhone works with MegaDrum over wireless MIDI. Tested on iPhone 4S with iOS 5.1 and MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.7.3
