I know MIDI-OX has been mentioned a few times here. I'm wondering if any with experience with it can tell me if I need to learn it.
Does one need to be a programmer to use it?
Is it essentially a MIDI math program, where you can real time edit the MIDI stream?
I'm curious if it can do two things:
1. Gives an easy way to manage virtual MIDI ports.
2. Would allow me to blend three kick triggers into an interesting signal: At low levels, one trigger is used. at high levels, two other triggers are used in stereo. At in-between levels, the panning and levels are averaged.
