MIDI routing and virtual MIDI ports

I'm starting a new thread from this thread.

As a result only one application at a time can use MegaDrum MIDI. I'll add this to MegaDrum FAQ. There is a workaround for this if you want to use MCT and any other application accessing MegaDrum at the same time. It will involve using MIDI-OX to do MIDI routing and virtual MIDI ports, e.g. MIDI Yoke. I'll try to describe it later.

Not to bug you too much, but I would greatly appreciate a few more words on this workaround, as I find it very difficult to get the right setting/feel without MCT and BFD2 at the same time. It's like closing my eyes when opening my ears, vise-versa.
