Atmega bulk order

I would like to order as well, but I currently have a synthex 2.8 kit which has a Atmega32-16PU.

Is the chip in this bulk order (Atmega644p-20PU) compatible with this board? As I have limited electro knowledge I can't judge.

You will need to change the crystal to 20MHz. Otherwise you just swap the MCUs and flash Mega644 and you're good to go.

You don't need to change the crystal. It will work with 16MHz just fine.

If you act quick, you guys can all join in on the order. As long as there are at least 10 chips confirmed and paid for this order will be closed at noon (GMT) tomorrow (monday). Those who haven't payed for their orders by then (hopefully no one) will have to start a new order or pay a little more for single orders. The prices can already be found in this thread and won't change as long as we have at least 10 units.
